Generating reports on deceased patients #

There are two reports in Legend on deceased patients:

• Report on Deceased patients, which lists the patients that were marked deceased within a date range
• Report on deceased write-offs, detailing all the service lines that were written-off

Deceased Patients Report #

To view the reports:

• Go to Admin
• Go to the Reports tab
• Click on the drop-down
• You’ll see Deceased Patients Report
• Click on it
• Apply the appropriate search filters
• Click on the Generate Report button

Deceased Patients Write-off Report #

To view deceased patient write-off report:

• Click on the drop-down
• Select Deceased Patient Write-off
• Select appropriate filters
• Click on the Generate Report button
• You’ll be able to see:
  • Total deceased patients within a date range
  • Total balance that was written off
  • Detailed break-down of all the date of services and service lines that were written off for each patient
