PHR Account Access #

• First, you need to search and select the parent user.

• Go to the Portal tab, Search for the child’s Patient Name or ID, and press “Enter“.

• A confirmation Alert will appear. Click on the Yes button to grant access.

• Child users will start appearing in the patient table.

• Now, The patient can access their Child’s medical records from the Patient Portal by using the Switch user feature.
