Smart Phrases (Settings > Smart Phrases) #

• Go to Settings.
• Click on the Smart Phrases.

• Select the tab for which you have to create a Smart Phrase.
• Select a Provider from the dropdown.
• Click on the Add button.

• A form to Add a Smart Phrase will be opened.
• Write the Name, Title, and Template of the Phrase.
• Select Locations from the dropdown of checkboxes.
• Select the Type of the Smart Phrase from the dropdown.
• Select a Diagnosis from the searchable dropdown. Its Dx Code will be added to the dropdown of Diagnosis Code.
• Select the Diagnosis Code from the dropdown.
• Click on the Save button.

• The Smart Phrase will be added.
