Add Insurance Carrier #

• Go to “Settings” 
• Click on “Insurance Carrier”
• Click on “Add” Tab
• “Create Insurance Carrier” Form will appear on screen
• Enter the “Required Details” into the form.

• Click the “Add” Button to successfully add your insurance.
• Click on the “Edit” Icon and we can update the insurance carrier by clicking the “Update” Button.

• Users can add “Insurance Carrier” against multiple locations by selecting a location in the location dropdown.
