How to create a ticket?

Steps to Create a Support Ticket: #

  • Log in to the application.
  • Click on the user profile drop-down icon.

 

 

  • Select Create Ticket from the menu.

 

 

  • The Create Support Ticket pop-up will appear.
  • Enter the required details, including Title, Description, and Attachments.
  • Click the Create button.

 

 

  • The support ticket will be created successfully.
