Steps to Create a Support Ticket: #
- Log in to the application.
 - Click on the user profile drop-down icon.
 

- Select Create Ticket from the menu.
 

- The Create Support Ticket pop-up will appear.
 - Enter the required details, including Title, Description, and Attachments.
 - Click the Create button.
 

- The support ticket will be created successfully.
