How to turn on provider availability for patient portal

Provider availability in patient portal #

In the practice portal

  • Go to Settings > Availability
  • Select the Provider, Location, Date and Day/Week/Month
  • Available slots of the selected Provider will be highlighted
  • Click anywhere on the slot.
  • A pop-up appears
  • Select the start and end time for schedule
  • Select appointment type, booking type, date
  • If you want to add more than 1 day of availability just enable the Date Range from the toggle button and select the required date range
  • Turn on the Available for portal toggle button
  • The schedule will be available for booking on patient portal
