Provider availability in patient portal #
In the practice portal
- Go to Settings > Availability
- Select the Provider, Location, Date and Day/Week/Month
- Available slots of the selected Provider will be highlighted
- Click anywhere on the slot.
- A pop-up appears
- Select the start and end time for schedule
- Select appointment type, booking type, date
- If you want to add more than 1 day of availability just enable the Date Range from the toggle button and select the required date range
- Turn on the Available for portal toggle button
- The schedule will be available for booking on patient portal
