Add a Pathology Diagnosis #

• Go to Settings
• Click on Diagnosis

• Diagnosis will be opened.
• Click on the Add button to add a new Diagnosis.

• A pop up window to Create Diagnosis will be opened.
• Fill in the Details.
• Then click on the Add button.
• Diagnosis will be added.
