Enabling Is Ready Status in Settings #
Is Ready status is used to communicate with the Back Office that a patient is ready to be assigned a room.
Note: When this setting is enabled, a patient can only be assigned a room if their Is Ready status is toggled on.
To enable the settings:
- Go to Settings > Practices >Manage Locations
- You will see a settings icon against locations
- Click the icon for the desired location
- You will see a screen as shown in the image below
- At the bottom right, you’ll see a checkbox CheckIn (Is Ready compulsory settings)
- Check the checkbox
- Click on the Update button
- Settings will be enabled
Is Ready Status in the Room Stats #
In the Room Stats pop-up, you will see a column named ‘Is Ready’. If the above settings are enabled, you will not be able to assign room to a patient unless the patient’s Is Ready status is on.
When the patient has checked-in and is ready to be assigned a room:
- Turn on the Is Ready toggle button against the patient
- Assign a room
